Credo

We need to invoke the freedom of inquiry to the public in virtue of equality and provide a vision of expansion as a formidable force for such. This doctrine must be preserved at all costs, commended by others, and followed conscientiously and everlastingly. We invest in the infinite potential of each dedicated individual to pursue ever-higher, more ambitious goals. The core values that follow are the guiding principles paramount in all aspects of our business. We take the long-term view and provide the impetus to improve the lives of as many people as possible. Our constituents deserve encouragement to pursue personal mastery and their unique individual initiatives. We implore those who work with us to swim upstream; don’t be afraid to buck conventional wisdom. Such a mindset serves as the birthplace for new product ideas. Our organization ensures the protection and careful treatment of these concepts and mantras; they are the priceless assets that transform a company into a resilient profit machine for the benefit of others. Conducting work with unwavering passion, commitment, and enthusiasm allows us to lead by example and show the world how exceptional work may be performed in tandem with joyfulness. With this said, we are not afraid of opposition; we firmly believe overcoming adversity builds character and tests the resiliency of the human spirit. Ultimately, the best support a company may provide its constituents is the resources to win and lead in business. An organization is a maximus force that supports itself despite opposition. Working together, we create collective mental models that recognize longer-term patterns of change and the underlying structures producing those motifs. This pattern recognition allows us to make critical decisions based on a shared understanding of interrelationships and unanticipated change. Another reason we urge our organizational members to partner with associates and clientele is that by this, we mean our wish is to improve the absolute integrity, honesty, responsibilities, opportunities, and ethical business practices of those whose lives we touch. To do this, we must run lean and consistently, remain resourceful, and embody a waste-not mindset, leading through continual self-improvement and self-renewal while exercising fanatical attention and care towards our reputation to illustrate how much we care about the image we bestow onto the world. The English word for “company” comes from the French compaigne – the sharing of bread, the same root as “companion.” The oldest Swedish term for business, na ̈ringsliv, means “nourishment for life,” and the oldest Chinese symbol for business may be translated as “life meaning.” The life meaning of any organization is to sustain human rights and improve the quality of life as a whole and individually. Responsible contributions to the communities we operate with or adjacent to are in the best interest of everyone. A company is a human community of those who are a part of, enact on behalf of, and are served by such a company. Companies are fluid entities that maintain diversity for survival and adaptability worldwide. We have proven this with the most recent technological revolutions. The future proves that we must go past survival and thrive as a global force of humanity. We do this through the only ground we can agree on, love. Love is the recognition of another as a legitimate other – it is the emotion that expands intelligence. It is our reason, our motivation, our goal, our purpose. Therefore, per this doctrine, we beseech you to abide and provide—amare omnis aeternum.
